How to Claim Your Rebate

Choose one of the following:

Purchase: Use your NAPA EasyPay or Synchrony Car CareTM credit card for a single-receipt purchase from 7/1/2023 to 9/30/2023.

Submit Online: Visit synchronycarcare.sendmyrewards.com and enter Promo Code: 23-21050 to submit your rebate information.

Mail: Fill out the completed form provided below and mail it, along with copies of your receipts, to NAPA Rebate, Offer 23-21050, PO Box 7390, Mesa, AZ 85216.

Important Notes:

  • The Visa Prepaid Card will be mailed to your U.S. address within 6 to 8 weeks after receiving your completed rebate form.
  • If you don’t receive your Visa Prepaid Card after eight weeks, inquire about its status by calling 1-866-419-4001 or visiting synchronycarcare.sendmyrewards.com.
  • For your convenience, keep a copy of the rebate form and your original invoice for your records.

Rebate Details and Terms:

*Subject to credit approval. Rebate will be provided in the form of a Synchrony Visa Prepaid Card mailed to your U.S. address. One rebate is available per qualifying purchase, valid only at participating U.S. locations.

Visa Prepaid Card Delivery: Expect the Visa Prepaid Card within 6 to 8 weeks after receiving your completed rebate form. If it doesn’t arrive within this timeframe, you can inquire about its status by calling 1-866-419-4001 or visiting synchronycarcare.sendmyrewards.com. To ensure you receive your card, make sure to inquire no later than 1/12/2024. Failure to do so may lead to the expiration of all rights related to the rebate.
